Massing card accepted — it builds in your browser after this turn, so I'll tell you what to check below.
How I read the sheets
One thing you should know up front: the dimension strings on all three sheets are drawn as vector outlines, not text, so they can't be extracted as machine-readable values. Every number below was obtained by measuring the drawn linework against the scale printed in each title block (A0.4 = 3/32"=1'-0" → 6.75 pt/ft; A2.1 and A3.2 = 1/8"=1'-0" → 9 pt/ft), and each load-bearing one is cross-checked on a second sheet. A few strings I could half-read off the 100-dpi renders (the frontage bay chain, some LEVEL n callouts) are flagged unverified and were not used.

What I had to assume
- Lobby floor 1'-0" above the front-line grade. Measured Level 1 floor → parapet top is 42'-6"; your stated 43'-9" at the front line implies ~14" of grade offset.
- 15'-0" rear setback to Clara Street at Level 1. The site plan's Clara-side boundary is drawn in heavy dashed line, and I could not reliably separate building line from property line there. The roof line in section runs the full 155'-0", so Levels 2–4 and the roof are modelled to the lot line.
- Clara-side setback only at Level 1 (not stepped through all floors).
- Slab thickness 10", parapet thickness 8" — not dimensioned on the sheets.
- Penthouse cross-width 30'-0" and height 10'-0" — assumed. Its position along the lot (26'-6"–49'-6" off the Clara line) comes from the hatched roof element.
- Courtyard cross-width 25'-0" — the 25'-0" along the lot is measured; the across-dimension isn't resolvable from these three sheets.
- Grid A–J spacing — not resolvable here; the model takes the full 75'-0" width without internal grid.
- No basement plate modelled (you asked for Levels 1–4 and the roof).
The model
Eight bodies, all millimetres internally, metric-exact from the feet: a 75'-0" × 155'-0" lot plate at the front-line grade; Level 1 (lobby) slab at +1'-0" set back 15'-0" from Clara, so the rear yard reads; Level 2 +10'-4", Level 3 +19'-8", Level 4 +29'-0", roof deck +40'-9"; a continuous 3'-0" parapet ring to +43'-9"; and the elevator-and-stair penthouse on the roof at 26'-6"–49'-6" off the Clara line. The 25'-0" × 25'-0" courtyard is cut through all five plates at 65'-0" from each front line. Slab thickness 10", parapet 8".
Two reconciliations to be straight about: the measured Level 4 → parapet span is 14'-6½", so a 3'-0" parapet puts the deck at 11'-6¾" above Level 4; I set the deck at +40'-9" (11'-9" above L4) so the parapet lands on your 43'-9" figure — a 2¼" difference absorbed in the deck. And the roof-deck elevation is 40'-9" while the Level 1 floor is 42'-6" below the parapet, which is the assumed grade offset above.
When the card builds — what to check
The overall bounding box should read X 75'-0" × Y 155'-0" × Z 50'-9" (grade to the penthouse roof), with 5 rectangular light-well openings (one per plate) and no round faces. If the breadcrumb reports build=FAILED, tell me and I'll fix the code; on my next turn I can read the measured extents back and reconcile them against the table above.
Download STEP for AutoCAD (it opens natively; the SVG sheet gives you dimensioned front/top/side views if you want a 2D check).
If you can tell me the drawing-string values you can see on screen — the LEVEL callouts, the frontage bay chain, and the Clara-side setback — I'll correct the model to them and rerun.
