SPARC Portal

Search the NIH SPARC Portal for autonomic and peripheral nervous system data: nerve histology and anatomy maps (vagus, enteric, pelvic, cardiac innervation), physiology and neuromodulation recordings, organ-nerve connectivity atlases and computational models, across human, pig, rat, mouse and other species. Results carry the dataset's DOI, licence (mostly CC BY 4.0), contributors, species and technique tags, file counts and the portal page; files download from the portal or the Pennsieve API. Use for bioelectronic medicine, vagus nerve stimulation, visceral innervation and peripheral-nerve anatomy questions that need a dataset rather than a paper.
