EpiGraphDB Get Literature Evidence
Get SemMedDB literature triple evidence supporting a GWAS trait via EpiGraphDB. Returns subject-predicate-object triples (e.g. 'troglitazone INHIBITS Leptin|LEP') mined from PubMed and linked to GWAS hits for the trait, each citing a supporting article (pubmed_id). This is the literature/support-path evidence, complementing the Mendelian Randomization and gene-drug evidence paths.
