GEO Search Atacseq Datasets
Search NCBI GEO for ATAC-seq chromatin accessibility datasets by query keyword, tissue, or cell type. Returns dataset accessions (GSE IDs), titles, summaries, organism, and sample counts. ATAC-seq measures open chromatin regions and is used to map regulatory elements, enhancers, and TF binding sites genome-wide.
