Get the complete taxonomic record from ITIS for a given TSN (Taxonomic Serial Number). Returns scientific name, authority, taxonomic rank, usage status (valid/invalid), common names in multiple languages, and parent TSN. Provides comprehensive metadata needed for proper species identification and citation. Example: TSN 180092 returns Homo sapiens Linnaeus, 1758 with common names Human/Humans/man.
