Get detailed KEGG drug information including names, formula, molecular weight, drug targets, associated pathways, indicated diseases, efficacy description, cross-references (DrugBank, PubChem, CAS), and marketed products. Example: D00109 (aspirin) returns formula C9H8O4, targets PTGS1/PTGS2 (cyclooxygenase 1/2), and indications for pain/inflammation. Use KEGG_search_drug to find drug IDs.
