Search NASA DONKI for Solar Flare (FLR) events. Returns flare observations including class (C/M/X), begin/peak/end times, source location, and active region. Solar flares are classified by X-ray peak brightness: C-class (small), M-class (medium, can cause brief radio blackouts), X-class (major, can cause global radio blackouts). No API key required.
