NeuroVault Get Atlas

Get detailed metadata for a single labeled anatomical brain atlas map in NeuroVault by its atlas ID. Returns the atlas name, the label image NIfTI file URL (.nii.gz), the label_description_file URL (XML/text naming each parcel/region), the parent collection, and acquisition metadata. Get an atlas ID from NeuroVault_list_atlases. Example: id=14228 returns 'Thalamus maxprob thr25 2mm', file Thalamus-maxprob-thr25-2mm.nii.gz, label_description_file Thalamus-maxprob-thr25-2mm.xml, collection 1056.
