OpenTargets Get Target Expression By EnsemblID
Retrieve baseline expression summary statistics for a target across tissues and cell types (GTEx, Tabula Sapiens, and other bulk/single-cell sources) by Ensembl gene ID. Each row gives the data source, tissue (and cell type for single-cell data), value unit, and min/q1/median/q3/max distribution stats plus specificity/distribution scores.
