Get curated disease, phenotype, and variant-trait ontology annotations for a rat strain from the Rat Genome Database (RGD), by strain symbol (e.g. 'SHR', 'BN', 'SS'). This exposes RGD's rat disease-MODEL annotations - for example SHR is annotated to 'Left Ventricular Hypertrophy' (disease, MODEL: spontaneous) and 'arterial blood pressure trait' (phenotype). Get curated disease, phenotype, and variant-trait ontology annotations for a rat strain from the Rat Genome Database (RGD), by strain symbol (e.g. 'SHR', 'BN', 'SS').
