USDA Plants Get Invasive Status

Get state-by-state invasive and noxious-weed legal status for a plant from the USDA PLANTS Database. Returns per-jurisdiction invasive listings (e.g. 'Invasive', 'Potentially Invasive', 'Prohibited' by state) and federal/state noxious-weed statuses. Critical for agriculture, land management, and regulatory compliance. Provide a PLANTS 'symbol' (e.g. 'PUMO' = kudzu, resolved to its plant Id automatically) or a numeric 'id' directly. No API key required.
