Resolve a plant scientific name, common name, or genus to USDA PLANTS symbol(s). The other USDA PLANTS tools (USDA_plants_get_profile, USDA_plants_get_characteristics) require a PLANTS symbol (e.g. 'ABBA') as input; use this tool first when you only know the plant by name.
