Geo List Supplementary Files
List the actual downloadable supplementary/raw files of a GEO Series (GSE) or Sample (GSM), with per-file name, byte size, type, modification time, and a direct download URL. GEO's E-utilities esummary only reports a type code and the base FTP directory, never the per-file manifest. For a Series this reads the structured suppl/filelist.txt TSV (Archive/File, Name, Time, Size, Type); for a Sample (no filelist.txt) it parses the suppl/ directory listing.
