Ols Get Term Xrefs
Get the cross-references (obo_xref) of an ontology term in OLS — the canonical OxO-replacement ID-mapping tool. Translates any OLS term (EFO, MONDO, UBERON, CL, MAXO, GO, CHEBI, ORDO, etc.) to its equivalent identifiers in external vocabularies such as DOID, ICD10CM/ICD10WHO, OMIM, UMLS, MeSH, NCIt, SNOMED/SCTID, MedGen, and MedDRA. Translates any OLS term (EFO, MONDO, UBERON, CL, MAXO, GO, CHEBI, ORDO, etc.) to its equivalent identifiers in external vocabularies such as DOID, ICD10CM/ICD10WHO, OMIM, UMLS, MeSH, NCIt, SNOMED/SCTID, MedGen, and MedDRA.
