Setup checklist
Treat organization setup as a short operating checklist: who owns the workspace, who can access shared research, and which systems can connect to Cortexa.
Create the workspace
Use a durable team email and make sure at least one operator can manage settings and billing.
Invite teammates
Invite users who need access to shared sessions, uploaded files, generated artifacts, or API keys.
Create API keys intentionally
Name keys by environment or client, then revoke keys that are no longer actively used.
Review usage
Use billing and admin surfaces to understand agent, API, and MCP activity over time.
Roles
Keep operational ownership explicit. Research users need access to sessions and files; platform owners should manage keys, billing, and integrations; administrators should periodically review active usage.
Production rollout pattern
Start with a small group, validate the research workflow, connect MCP or API clients, then expand usage once citations, file handling, and deliverable review meet your team's standard.
